Our agency client is looking for a Creative Team to join their growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to work on 360 campaigns, working closely alongside your Copywriter partner to develop innovative, cross-platform creative concepts. As the Art Director, you’ll be responsible for crafting visually stunning design that resonates with audiences and elevates brand presence. You’ll work on campaigns across digital, print, social, broadcast and more, ensuring the highest of creative standards. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create cohesive, innovative concepts for 360 campaigns
  • Develop and design creative assets across different platforms 
  • Ensure the visual consistency and quality of all visual elements across integrated campaigns
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas to elevate their clients’ creative
  • Present concepts and designs to senior team members and clients, incorporating feedback as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns seamlessly

Qualifications: 

  • 2-6 years of experience as an Art Director (they are open to both Intermediate and Junior teams), preferably within an advertising agency
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create fully integrated campaigns
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Someone who is not afraid of failure and to take risks – learning from your failures is admirable 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly
  • Passion for creating innovative, engaging, and on-brand designs
