Our client is looking for a Multimedia Producer!

Location: Calgary

Our client, a leading Real Estate and Investment firm, seeks a talented Multimedia Producer to join their dynamic creative team. You’ll have the chance to blend daily multimedia magic with hands-on film and video production, creating awesome content for marketing, digital platforms, and corporate projects. If you’re a pro at video production, motion graphics, and visual effects, and love managing projects from start to finish, we want to hear from you! 

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Conceptualize, storyboard, produce, and edit professional-grade videos, motion graphics, and multimedia content for digital campaigns, social media platforms, corporate communications, and brand narratives.

  • Develop sophisticated motion graphics, special effects, and animations for video productions.

  • Execute comprehensive video post-production processes, including editing, color correction, audio engineering, and mastering.

  • Collaborate with graphic design and digital marketing teams to create impactful visual assets for web, social media, and presentation materials.

  • Maintain a meticulous system for organizing and archiving multimedia files.

        On-Set Operations:

  • Participate in various on-set roles, including producer, director of photography, assistant camera, and camera operator, with adaptability and proficiency.

  • Operate professional-grade cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices to capture high-quality footage and sound.

  • Assist in the coordination of schedules, shot lists, and production crew to ensure efficient on-set operations.

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and team to realize the brand’s creative vision.

  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage and supplemental materials to enhance project outcomes.

  • Demonstrate familiarity with film studio protocols, including studio lighting, camera configurations, and sound systems.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in video production, multimedia design, or related fields.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve, and other relevant software.

  • Strong competencies in motion graphics, animation, and visual effects; experience with Cinema 4D or Blender is advantageous.

  • Practical experience with camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, creative team environment.

  • Exceptional storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

  • Prior experience working on film, commercial, or branded video production sets.

  • Knowledge of file formats, codecs, and media asset management protocols.

  • Availability for occasional travel across Alberta and Saskatchewan for on-location shoots, and potential travel to the United States.

  • Preferred qualifications include experience with 3D animation, AI video generation, or interactive media.

  • Additional qualifications include knowledge of live streaming, podcasting, or virtual event production.

  • A background in photography, drone operation, or specialized camera techniques is considered a significant asset.
