What You’ll Be Doing

Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan, implement, and track paid and organic marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, associations, events, etc.) to generate leads and boost our brand’s visibility.

  • Work closely with our internal teams to develop engaging campaigns that align with our sales strategy.

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Craft and manage targeted email marketing strategies to nurture leads and keep our customers engaged.

  • Use automation and segmentation in our CRM or marketing automation tools (like HubSpot) to track campaigns and analyze performance.

Social Media Strategy

  • Manage our company’s social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn to connect with our B2B audience, especially in government.

  • Create awesome content, stay on top of social trends, and analyze metrics to improve our strategy.

Database Management

  • Keep our contact database organized and ensure we’re targeting the right prospects and clients.

  • Regularly clean up our data to make sure it’s accurate and use analytics to guide our campaign strategy.

Design & Visual Assets

  • Put your design skills to use by creating visual materials (graphics, presentations, marketing materials, banners, web content, etc.).

  • Ensure everything looks great and stays consistent with our brand.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Measure and analyze how our campaigns, social media, and website are doing (CTR, conversion rates, ROI, etc.).

  • Prepare regular reports and suggest improvements.

What You’ll Need:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B marketing communications role, ideally targeting government or municipal audiences.

Technical & Functional Expertise

  • Proven experience managing paid/organic campaigns, Zoom webinars, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Success in using LinkedIn for B2B lead generation and optimizing email marketing.

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality visuals.

Soft Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • An analytical mind to understand data and turn insights into action.

  • A collaborative, solution-oriented approach; comfortable managing multiple projects.

Bonus Points

  • Knowledge of government procurement or experience marketing to public sector audiences in Canada and the U.S.

  • Bilingualism in English and French.
