Account Executive

Our agency client is looking for an Account Executive to join their growing team! Working on a large scale client, you will get access to exceptional mentorship and growth opportunities, working on fully integrated campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business needs
- Collaborate with internal departments to execute on marketing and advertising campaigns (creative, strategy, media, production)
- Develop project briefs, timelines and budgets in collaboration with the broader account services team
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and campaign reports
- Track and manage budgets, vendor invoices, and client billing
- Stay informed about industry trends, client competitors, and new opportunities to add value
- Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations, brand standards, and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an account management, marketing, or client service role (agency experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Passion for creative work and the advertising industry
