We’re on the hunt for a strategically minded marketing lead with a sharp eye for storytelling, a calm leadership style, and a natural command in a room. This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal interim leadership role overseeing end-to-end go-to-market strategies for a few major consumer products.
You’ll join a progressive, people-first organization known for its supportive culture, strong cross-functional partnerships, and a bias for smart, bold marketing moves.
Your Mission:
This isn’t your typical product marketing gig. While you’ll be tied to two flagship products, your focus will be less about specs and more about how our client shows up to the customer.
This means:

Developing clear, compelling messaging frameworks that resonate across lifecycle touchpoints (email, social, web, retail, paid media)

Crafting positioning that bridges the emotional with the practical — why this matters, what makes it different, and how this is communicated

Acting as the connective tissue between brand, creative, comms, product, and retail teams

Turning customer data and insights into action, in partnership with internal analysts

Orchestrating product storytelling for both new launches and iterative improvements

Aligning senior stakeholders around messaging strategies and launch plans

Driving work that’s as strategic as it is hands-on
What You Bring:

A polished presence — you can take a room, lead a conversation, and build instant credibility

A knack for shaping narratives that feel both smart and human

Experience owning messaging across multi-channel campaigns

A strong grasp of consumer-focused marketing (ideally in tech, wellness, retail, or CPG)

A comfort with cross-functional leadership — you know how to wrangle alignment without creating friction

Past work in agency or in-house creative teams is a major plus
