We are looking for a Strategic Content Coordinator to join our new e-commerce client! They are a fast-growing company within the manufacturing space, looking to grow their marketing team with driven and dedicated people. 

As the Strategic Content Coordinator, you will take the lead in optimizing UGC and influencer collaborating, finding the right partners in the space to create meaningful, engaging and informative content. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work under the direction of the Marketing Director and have ownership of the overall social content calendar
  • Identify and build relationships with UGC creators, influencers and affiliates to acquire high-quality content 
  • Create content acquisition strategies through partnership, direct customer engagement, and product-related projects
  • Manage content licensing, ensuring all obtained content adheres to brand guidelines and legal requirements
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring both parties are satisfied 
  • Be the social expert; staying on top of different trends and competitor strategies to ensure they are staying current, relevant and ahead of the game 
  • Have ownership of the content library; ensuring assets are properly organized, labeled, and ready for use 
  • Provide reporting and insights on content performance, campaign effectiveness and partnership impact. 

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in content acquisition, influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships or social media marketing 
  • Strong understanding of social media (and an active user!) – Instagram, TikTok, YoUTube
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing relationships with content creators and customers
  • Strong relationship building capabilities 
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple moving parts 
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics
