We’re on the hunt for a Freelance Interactive Designer who brings static content to life through immersive, on-brand digital experiences — with proven experience building in Ceros.

This is a remote, project-based role ideal for a designer who’s equal parts creative and strategic. You’ll collaborate closely with our tech client’s content, marketing, and design teams to transform ideas, copy, and visual assets into high-impact interactive pieces that elevate how we tell our brand stories.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and build engaging interactive content experiences using Ceros

  • Translate existing creative direction or brand guidelines into dynamic layouts

  • Apply animation, transitions, and interactivity to enhance the user experience

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals and user journeys

  • Work from creative briefs, wireframes, or even raw copy and images — sometimes independently

  • Optimize designs for usability, responsiveness, and performance

  • Ensure final deliverables are polished, functional, and error-free

  • Occasionally assist in creating visual assets (icons, graphics, illustrations) to support builds

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital or interactive design

  • Demonstrated expertise in Ceros (portfolio of live or preview links required)

  • Strong command of layout, typography, colour theory, and interaction design

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop)

  • Experience with responsive and mobile-friendly design

  • Familiarity with basic UX principles and storytelling strategy

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills

  • Able to manage time across multiple projects with varying scopes

  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, collaborative, feedback-driven environment
