Web Content Publisher

About the Project

Our leading B2B technology client is undergoing a large-scale CMS migration, with thousands of web pages to migrate. We’re looking for several detail-oriented and experienced Web Content Publishers to help ensure a smooth and accurate transition.

What You’ll Do

  • Input, structure, and format content into the new CMS.

  • Ensure page layouts, internal links, media, metadata, and alt text are correct and aligned with design and accessibility standards

  • Migrate content efficiently and consistently based on templates and guidelines

  • Perform QA checks to confirm content accuracy, functionality, and visual consistency before publishing

  • Collaborate with project managers, content owners, and dev teams to resolve issues or escalate blockers

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience working in a CMS (Drupal, AEM, Contentstack, WordPress, etc.)

  • Familiarity with web publishing best practices, including layout, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO basics

  • Experience with content migration projects a strong plus

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured content guidelines

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or with a distributed team

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
