We’re seeking a smart Senior Growth Marketing Manager who blends startup hustle with strategic thinking – someone who understands how to scale mobile apps, and knows how to drive user acquisition and engagement across the customer journey.

If you’ve worked in fast-paced tech environments, understand growth loops, and ideally have experience in the privacy or security space, this is an opportunity to make a real impact on a product with global reach.

What You’ll Be Doing

Mobile Growth Strategy

  • Design and execute full-funnel growth strategies to drive user acquisition and retention across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through paid and organic channels, partnerships, and product-led growth initiatives.
  • Build and optimize lifecycle campaigns (push, in-app messaging, email) to increase activation, engagement, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Work closely with agencies to hold them accountable and provide clear strategic direction. 
  • Analyze competitive benchmarks and trends to improve discoverability and install rates.
  • Partner with product, UX, and engineering teams to refine onboarding, retention loops, and re-engagement flows in the mobile experience.
  • Influence product roadmap with growth insights and user behaviour data.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics across acquisition and monetization funnels.
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to continually optimize growth levers.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to support growth campaigns. 
  • Execute integrated growth campaigns across paid and organic channels. 

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of growth or digital marketing experience in startup or tech environments
  • Deep expertise in mobile growth, including lifecycle marketing
  • Experience working on mobile apps
  • Strong data and analytical skills—comfortable with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar
  • A/B testing mindset with a strong track record of experimentation and optimization
  • Familiarity with the privacy tech and/or gaming space is a major plus
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
