We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator to concept, shoot, and edit compelling content for our agency client. Working with both Canadian and US brands, you will be joining a fast-moving team that values proactive problem-solvers, sharp creative instincts, and a deep understanding of the social landscape. From behind-the-scenes footage at events to short-form storytelling, you’ll bring brand moment to life across various formats. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Shoot and edit high-quality content for social and digital platforms
  • Create content in a range of formats
  • Capture footage at live events; influencer dinners, experiential pop-ups, retail activations, and more
  • Work from studio environments and on-location for real-time content needs
  • Edit existing footage and UGC from brand libraries or influencer partners
  • Craft short, engaging copy when needed for social posts or video captions
  • Stay up to date with evolving social trends and integrate them into content
  • Present ideas and edits to internal senior creatives and clients directly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across content, strategy and client services 

Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation; preferably in an agency or production environment
  • Proven experience shooting and editing video content
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both vertical and horizontal content 
  • Solid understanding of UGC editing and working with asset libraries
  • Experience creating for multiple brands and shifting brand tones quickly 
  • Comfortable being on-camera when needed, but more importantly skilled behind the lens
  • Open to travel to NYC to support client activations and collaborate in-person

This is a hybrid position in downtown Toronto and requires travel to the US. Candidates must hold a valid passport.
