Freelance Production Artist (Montreal-based, Remote)
Duration: 3-4 months (approx. 10-12 hrs/week)

We’re looking for a Montreal-based Freelance Production Artist to support a variety of creative projects over the next several months for our agency client. This is a remote role but you must be based in Montreal.

What You’ll Do:

  • Roll out creative concepts seamlessly across digital and print channels, including booklets, OOH, billboards, digital ads, and social media assets.

  • Prepare print-ready files with strong knowledge of pre-press requirements. 

  • Deliver high-quality design work that maintains brand consistency across platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met and assets are production-ready.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design.

  • Proven ability to adapt and scale creative concepts across multiple mediums.

  • Pre-press and file-prep experience for print deliverables.

  • Reliability, responsiveness, and the ability to work independently.

  • Pharma industry experience is a bonus, but not required.

Commitment:

  • Approx. 10-12 hours per week for 3-4 months.

  • Remote role, but candidates must be Montreal-based.
