About the Role
Our client, a fast-paced creative agency, is seeking a Digital Project Manager to oversee day-to-day coordination and delivery of digital initiatives — including email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital marketing assets.
This is a part-time contract role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, excels at keeping projects organized and on schedule, and can seamlessly interface between creative, development, and account teams.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects – from scoping and scheduling to QA and delivery.

Oversee production of emails, landing pages, and other standard digital assets.

Coordinate closely with developers to ensure timelines, requirements, and deliverables are clear and achievable.

Maintain detailed project documentation, workbacks, and task assignments.

Track progress, identify potential risks, and proactively communicate updates or blockers.

Collaborate with account, creative, and technical teams to ensure smooth handoffs and on-time delivery.
What You Bring

Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or Producer, ideally within an agency or fast-moving marketing environment.

Strong understanding of digital production workflows — especially for email and web projects.

Experience working with developers and understanding how to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans.

Proficiency with Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar project/task management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.).

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication.

Comfort working in a flexible, part-time setup that may scale with project needs.
