Senior Display Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Display Marketing Manager to lead digital media strategy and execution across programmatic, high-impact display, online video, CTV, and audio channels. You’ll shape full-funnel media strategies for our B2B SaaS client that drive awareness, engagement, and performance for a portfolio of consumer brands. This is a remote full-time contract and you must be a US or Canadian citizen. 

This role blends hands-on media expertise with strategic leadership, ideal for someone who thrives on optimizing campaigns, managing partners, and scaling display investments through data-driven decisions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Display Strategy & Planning:
    Develop and execute full-funnel display strategies across programmatic, CTV, OLV, native, and audio channels to deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Programmatic Media Buying:
    Lead planning, activation, and optimization of programmatic campaigns across DV360 (or similar DSPs). Ensure efficient pacing, budget utilization, and performance against KPIs.

  • Partner & Vendor Management:
    Oversee relationships with premium media partners and publishers. Build RFPs, negotiate rates, review proposals, and ensure creative and campaign excellence.

  • Campaign Optimization & Performance:
    Leverage data insights to continuously refine targeting, creative performance, and bidding strategies. Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting.

  • Cross-Channel Collaboration:
    Partner with brand, creative, and product marketing teams to align messaging and creative across the full media ecosystem. Ensure campaigns are integrated and contribute to broader marketing goals.

  • Budget Stewardship:
    Manage display budgets and investment forecasts. Maintain accountability for pacing, accruals, and ROI across all display channels.

  • Innovation & Testing:
    Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and creative formats. Lead A/B tests and pilot new opportunities to advance display performance and audience engagement.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic and digital media, with a proven record of managing complex display campaigns and delivering performance results.

  • Platform Expertise: Proficient with DV360, Campaign Manager 360, and other DSPs or ad servers. Familiarity with premium publishers and CTV, OLV, and native media environments.

  • Strategic Vision: Strong understanding of the full media funnel and how display contributes to brand growth and performance outcomes.

  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled in using data and analytics tools to inform optimizations and media planning.

  • Leadership & Collaboration: Excellent communicator with experience managing agency or vendor relationships and collaborating cross-functionally with creative, brand, and analytics teams.

  • Negotiation Skills: Adept at negotiating with media partners and ensuring campaigns deliver value and efficiency.
