We’re seeking a Paid Social Specialist to support campaign setup, boosting, and reporting across major social channels for clients in the tech and retail sectors. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for a junior to mid-level professional who’s confident navigating platform tools and turning performance data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with campaign setup and paid boosts across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube/Google.

Manage daily optimizations and audience targeting to drive engagement and conversions.

Monitor campaign performance across multiple channels, identifying trends and opportunities.

Generate performance summaries and clear, actionable insights for internal and client reporting.

Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure paid media aligns with broader campaign goals.

Use Khoros, HubSpot, and native Ads Manager platforms for reporting, tracking, and performance analysis.
Qualifications

2–3 years of experience managing or supporting paid social campaigns.

Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social ad platforms.

Familiarity with Khoros, HubSpot, or similar analytics/reporting tools.

Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign setup, and performance tracking.

Analytical mindset and ability to turn metrics into meaningful recommendations.

Excellent communication and attention to detail; thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
