Overview

We’re looking for a Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and human-centred design. This is a contract role with the possibility to extend based on performance and evolving business needs.

You’ll join a cross-functional product team to craft intuitive, elegant, and engaging experiences for consumer-facing products. From the first sketch to the final pixel, you’ll help shape how our users interact, connect, and fall in love with our product.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Product Designer, you’ll take ideas from concept to launch – and beyond. You’ll design experiences that are both visually beautiful and deeply functional, always advocating for the customer and ensuring that every interaction feels effortless.

Your key contributions will include:

  • Leading design from discovery through delivery, creating end-to-end experiences that delight and drive measurable impact.

  • Partnering with researchers, product managers, and engineers to understand user behaviours, needs, and motivations – and translate them into design opportunities.

  • Producing high-fidelity prototypes and design systems in Figma that communicate ideas clearly and efficiently.

  • Building and refining information architecture and interaction patterns that keep complex experiences simple.

  • Ensuring accessibility and inclusivity are built into every design decision.

  • Bringing design strategy to life – balancing creative ambition with technical feasibility and business goals.

  • Contributing to a culture of feedback, learning, and experimentation.

Who You Are

You’re more than a designer – you’re a systems thinker, a storyteller, and a collaborator who believes that good design starts with empathy.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 4+ years of experience designing for consumer digital products (mobile, web, or cross-platform).

  • Can demonstrate deep UX thinking and strong visual craft through a compelling portfolio.

  • Is fluent in Figma and comfortable prototyping dynamic interactions.

  • Understands the nuances of designing for mobile and responsive web, including platform-specific patterns.

  • Is comfortable working in an Agile, fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.

  • Communicates ideas clearly – whether through sketches, storyboards, or presentations.

  • Brings curiosity, humility, and a growth mindset to every challenge.

  • Thrives in collaborative environments and values inclusive design.

  • Bonus points for experience in startups or high-growth environments, where you’ve worn multiple hats and shipped fast.
