Our client, a consulting and innovation company, is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, someone who can turn big ideas into measurable growth. In this role, you’ll take the lead in planning and executing multi-channel B2B marketing initiatives that raise awareness, generate qualified leads, and strengthen their position.

You’ll collaborate directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to bring their story to life through compelling campaigns, content, and partnerships. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on marketer who’s excited to grow into a senior leadership role and eventually build a marketing team from the ground up.

The Role:

  • Design and execute integrated B2B marketing programs that drive awareness and pipeline growth across channels including content marketing, SEO/SEM, email, events, and partnerships.
  • Develop and distribute thought leadership content such as case studies, executive briefs, and industry insights that position our experts as trusted advisors.
  • Partner with leadership to refine brand messaging, monitor performance metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Align closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts support business goals and client engagement strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations, from campaign coordination and reporting to agency and vendor oversight.
  • Optimize budgets, digital touch points, and automation workflows to scale performance efficiently.

 

Must Have’s:

  • You have 5-9 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within consulting, technology, or professional services.
  • You understand how to market complex solutions to executive-level decision-makers and navigate longer sales cycles.
  • You’re a hands-on executor with proven experience managing end-to-end campaigns and juggling multiple projects.
  • You bring a strategic mindset, a data-informed approach, and excellent storytelling skills.
  • You’re self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • You’re fluent in using CRM, analytics, and automation tools, and you’re quick to adopt new platforms and technologies.
