  • Job #18358

Job Title: Presentation Designer (PowerPoint)
Duration: 2 weeks
Hours: 20–25 hours/week
Location: Remote (Ontario preferred)
Equipment: must have Microsoft license. Minimum OS required. Mac: 14.3.0 (macOS Sonoma) / Windows: 10.0.26100 or 11

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-obsessed Presentation Designer to support a short-term project updating existing Sales Rep Playbooks in PowerPoint. These decks are already built and structured – you won’t be starting from scratch – but they require thoughtful updates to content and data while maintaining design integrity and consistency.

This is a great fit for someone who is fast, precise, and highly fluent in PowerPoint, especially with complex decks where style, spacing, and layouts must stay locked.

What You’ll Do

  • Update existing Sales Rep Playbook decks housed in PowerPoint.

  • Modify content, charts, tables, and data while preserving the established visual system.

  • Work confidently within existing templates and master slides without disrupting formatting.

  • Ensure all edits align with current deck logic, brand standards, and readability.

  • QA final files for spacing, alignment, typography, and data accuracy.

  • Communicate clearly about progress, questions, and any layout risks before changes are made.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong working proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (masters, styles, complex layouts, data updates).

  • Proven ability to edit and enhance decks without breaking existing formatting or structure.

  • Experience with sales enablement materials, playbooks, pitch decks, or business presentations.

  • Excellent attention to detail and comfort working quickly within tight timelines.

  • Reliable, responsive, and able to manage work independently in a remote setting.

  • Based in Ontario (preferred) for timezone alignment.

Thanks for your interest – we’re excited to review your work!
