Who We Are

Our financial services client is seeking a Digital Insights Specialist to join their digital experience team full-time. You will play a critical role in continuously enhancing their martech capabilities by deploying solutions that improve performance, customer engagement, and business growth. This is a hands-on operational role, focused on driving sales outcomes, reducing redemptions, and strengthening brand awareness across digital platforms.


What You’ll Do

Key responsibilities include:

  • Digital performance analysis

  • Analyze campaign and digital experience performance across web, app, email/CRM, and paid/owned channels.

  • Surface insights that improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall digital effectiveness.

  • Tracking, tagging, and reporting

  • Build and maintain tracking plans, tags, and event frameworks to support accurate measurement.

  • Create dashboards, recurring reports, and visualizations for multiple teams and leadership groups.

  • Standardize reporting methods so performance can be monitored consistently across the organization.

  • Experimentation & experience optimization

  • Support A/B testing and personalization initiatives by defining success measures, analyzing results, and recommending next steps.

  • Identify UX/content opportunities through behavioral and funnel data.

  • Marketing technology enablement

  • Help manage and evolve the marketing technology stack (analytics, testing/personalization, audience tools, marketing automation, CRM/CDP, etc.).

  • Partner with internal teams to deploy solutions that improve customer experience and marketing efficiency.

  • Cross-functional partnership

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Governance teams.

  • Advise on automation and AI-enabled marketing initiatives as they emerge.

  • Industry & trend research

  • Stay current on digital trends, privacy and measurement standards, and martech best practices.

  • Bring relevant ideas forward to improve digital strategy and execution.


    Required Qualifications

    • Post-secondary degree in a related field (marketing, analytics, technology, business, or equivalent experience).

    • 2+ years experience in digital analytics, marketing performance, martech, or customer experience measurement.

    • Experience supporting tracking plans, dashboards, and multi-channel reporting.

    • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and testing/personalization tools (e.g., Adobe Target or equivalent).

    • Strong understanding of digital journeys and how to optimize them (web usability, conversion flows, experimentation).

    • Bonus if you’ve worked with tools such as Salesforce, Snowflake, Marketo (or similar CRM/CDP/automation platforms), session-replay/VoC tools.


    The Skills You Bring

    • Ability to define program requirements and execute against them.

    • Strong data visualization and reporting experience (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio).

    • Advanced Excel skills; SQL and Tableau familiarity are strong pluses.

    • Proven ability to evaluate marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve process, infrastructure, and martech investment ROI.

    • Certifications in Adobe Analytics, Target, CDPs, or Audience Manager are assets.

    • Understanding of 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-party data ecosystems and how they inform marketing strategy.

    • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, personalization, targeting, segmentation, and full-funnel digital marketing.

    • Strong project management, testing, and operational rigor.

    • Current work authorization for Canada.
