Customer Marketing Coordinator (SaaS)
Hybrid (Toronto or Vancouver preferred)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company to hire a Customer Marketing Coordinator to support a high-performing Product & Customer Marketing team.

You’re the operational heartbeat of a marketing team who is organized, proactive, detail-obsessed, and an exceptional communicator. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love getting into the weeds to keep projects moving, and naturally bring clarity, structure, and momentum to every initiative. You’re unafraid to ask questions, offer recommendations, and help the team work smarter and faster.

What You’ll Support

  • Coordinate and organize marketing programs, ensuring workflows, documentation, and processes run smoothly.

  • Support project plans for cross-functional campaigns and initiatives.

  • Run timelines, schedules, and key milestones to keep deliverables on track.

  • Facilitate campaign logistics: planning meetings, stand-ups, status updates, retros, and stakeholder communication.

  • Ensure briefs are complete before handoff to design, video, or content teams.

  • Monitor project status, resource availability, and risks, always keeping the team aligned and informed.

  • Capture and synthesize learnings from retrospectives to improve future operations.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in a fast-paced, collaborative environment (agency or in-house marketing).

  • Experience supporting projects across creative, events, or communications.

  • Outstanding organizational skills, curiosity, and a knack for problem-solving.

  • Ability to ask great questions, flag issues early, and keep teams focused and on-task.

  • Comfort documenting processes and navigating briefs

  • *Nice to have* Working toward or holding a PMP certification.
