Digital Product Manager (Workfront)

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 base
Location: Toronto (Downtown)
Work Model: Hybrid — 2 days per week onsite

About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Digital Product Manager / Product Owner to support a large financial services organization with a complex, enterprise-scale marketing ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, creative, martech, and data, with a clear mandate to operationalize content at scale using Adobe Workfront and related tools.

This is not a production or project management role. The core focus is owning Workfront as a product—administering, optimizing, and evolving the platform to improve efficiency, adoption, and user experience across a large user base.

What You’ll Do

Own & Administer Workfront (Top Priority)

  • Act as the primary Workfront product owner and administrator for an organization with ~300 active users

  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding, permissions, roles, and governance

  • Troubleshoot platform issues, bugs, and configuration challenges

  • Implement workflow improvements, templates, and system enhancements

  • Partner with stakeholders to drive platform adoption and best practices

  • Ensure the platform evolves in line with business and marketing needs

Drive Automation & AI Enablement (Second Priority)

  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual effort

  • Support or implement Workfront Fusion automations (experience strongly preferred)

  • Contribute to or lead AI and automation pilots focused on content and workflow efficiency

  • Balance innovation with governance, risk, and control requirements

Product & Roadmap Execution

  • Own and maintain the Workfront roadmap, from planning through delivery

  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, Martech, and Data teams to prioritize enhancements

  • Track and report on key metrics, including:

  • User satisfaction and adoption

  • Successful onboarding/offboarding

  • Roadmap delivery and enhancements completed

  • Automations planned and implemented

  • Maintain documentation, workflows, and operating models

    What We’re Looking For

    • 4–7+ years of experience in Workfront administration, martech operations, or digital product ownership

    • Hands-on experience administering Workfront for a large, enterprise user base (financial services, telecom, or similarly complex environments preferred)

    • Strong understanding of marketing workflows and content operations

    • Experience or strong interest in automation and AI, including Workfront Fusion

    • Product owner mindset with the ability to balance user needs, efficiency, and governance

    • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

    • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

    Nice to Have

    • Adobe Workfront or Adobe Experience Manager certifications

    • Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries

    • Exposure to CRM, DAM, or broader Adobe MarTech stacks

    • Agile / Scrum or Product Owner certifications

    Why This Role

    • Own a critical enterprise platform used by hundreds of users

    • High-impact role with real influence on efficiency and scale

    • Opportunity to lead automation and AI initiatives within marketing operations

    • Work with a sophisticated, cross-functional team in a large financial services environment

If you’re a true Workfront administrator who enjoys owning platforms, improving systems at scale, and driving meaningful operational change, we’d love to hear from you.
