Presentation Designer 

Location: Downtown Toronto 
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite
Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm
Compensation: $30-$33/hour

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Presentation Designer to support our fast-paced agency client. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in templated systems, works quickly without sacrificing quality, and takes pride in clarity, polish, and consistency.

You’ll be producing multiple PowerPoint decks each week, often with concurrent content development and urgent revisions, so strong time management, sound design judgment, and composure under pressure are essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and update multiple PowerPoint presentations per week, with an average deck length of 30–50 slides

  • Work within established templates while elevating output through strong spacing, hierarchy, and typography

  • Manage simultaneous requests and revisions, often under tight timelines

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables

  • Collaborate closely with account teams and, at times, interface directly with clients

  • Proactively flag issues, ask thoughtful clarifying questions, and take initiative to keep work moving

  • Maintain organized files, version control, and clean handoffs in a high-volume environment

What We’re Looking For

Design & Technical Skills

  • Strong PowerPoint skills and comfort working in templated presentation systems

  • Excellent command of visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, and layout

  • Ability to produce polished work quickly and consistently

  • Experience in marketing, agency, or client-facing environments is a strong asset

Soft Skills / EQ

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable juggling multiple requests and shifting priorities

  • Self-managed, proactive, and accountable

  • Confident collaborating with account teams and clients when needed

  • Knows when to ask questions and when to move forward independently
