About the Role
We’re partnering with an established tech organization with a large, award-calibre in-house creative studio to hire a Senior Visual Designer / Art Director.
This is a high-impact role for a senior creative who thrives in brand-led environments and enjoys owning work across campaigns, digital experiences, and marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of artists, designers, filmmakers, photographers, and 3D creatives — helping shape how the brand shows up across every customer touchpoint.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who can bridge the worlds of product and marketing, bringing strong creative direction, polished execution, and thoughtful communication to fast-moving teams.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the visual design and creative execution of omnichannel brand and marketing initiatives, including:

Websites and landing pages

Digital advertising and paid media

Marketing collateral and partner materials

Integrated campaigns across channels

Own projects end-to-end — from concept through final delivery — ensuring creative excellence and brand consistency

Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the brand, including identity refinement and rebrand rollouts

Collaborate closely with both marketing and product teams, helping align creative with business goals and customer needs

Provide art direction and visual guidance within a highly collaborative in-house studio environment

Communicate clearly and diplomatically with stakeholders, guiding teams on what’s feasible in terms of scope, timing, and execution
What We’re Looking For

Senior-level experience as a Visual Designer, Senior Brand Designer, or Art Director

A strong portfolio of branded campaigns and marketing-led creative work

Experience working across digital and physical touchpoints with a sharp eye for craft and consistency

Ability to own creative projects independently while collaborating across teams

Comfortable acting as a bridge between product and marketing — balancing creativity with real-world constraints

Excellent communication skills and a thoughtful, diplomatic approach to stakeholder management

Experience supporting brand identity updates or rebranding efforts is a strong plus
