About the Role

Our corporate client is seeking a seasoned Desktop Publisher to support the creation and refinement of internal business documents and executive materials.

This is not a design role. There is no customer-facing marketing work or brand-driven creative. Instead, this position is focused on producing clear, polished, highly professional internal documentation for executive leadership, board communications, and investor reporting.

The ideal candidate is mature, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently while engaging with senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare and format internal documents including:

    • Executive and board-level PowerPoint presentations

    • Investor packages and reporting materials

    • Monthly board meeting communications

    • Financial reports and internal summaries

  • Create and refine Excel-based charts, tables, and data visualizations

  • Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across internal documentation

  • Translate complex financial and operational information into clean, easy-to-digest visual formats

  • Work directly with executive stakeholders and senior leaders to refine materials under tight timelines

  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and discretion

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience as a Desktop Publisher, Presentation Specialist, or Executive-Level Document Specialist

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including charts and data visualization

  • Strong formatting and layout skills (with an emphasis on clarity over creativity)

  • Comfortable working with financial data and investor-facing materials (internally distributed)

  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills

  • Able to operate independently with minimal oversight

  • Professional, composed communicator comfortable interacting with executive stakeholders

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a marketing or brand design position

  • Not customer-facing

  • No creative campaign work

  • No brand guideline development

This is a precision-focused, internal communications and documentation role.

If you’re a seasoned desktop publishing professional who thrives in executive environments and enjoys bringing clarity and structure to complex business materials, we’d love to connect.
