  • Map end-to-end user journeys and craft intuitive, natural-language flows
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering partners

  • Align with business goals, technical requirements, and emerging tech

  • Support discovery research to uncover user needs and pain points
  • Use data and testing to continuously improve experiences

What you bring

  • 3-5 years crafting content for digital products (mobile + conversational required)
  • A portfolio showcasing conversation flows, systems thinking, and UX writing
  • Experience with design systems, service design, or content frameworks
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Curiosity for emerging tech (AI, chat, voice, NLP)

Nice to have:

  • Experience designing for AI-powered or voice-based experiences

Why you’ll want this role

  • Work on products used at massive scale
  • Help define and grow a conversation design practice
  • Collaborate with a smart, supportive, and design-forward team
  • Be part of a culture that values balance, impact, and innovation

If you’re ready to design conversations that matter, we’d love to hear from you!
