Position: Account Manager (Retail Client)
Rate: $40/hour
Type: Contract
Location: Hybrid – 3 days/week downtown Toronto

We’re partnering with a creative agency to find a confident and organized Account Manager to support the accounts team on a major retail client relationship. This role is an exciting opportunity for an eager agency professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and can support teams across a variety of projects while being an exceptional communicator.

About the Role:

You’ll support the accounts team on a high-profile client relationship, liaising with the client, streamlining delivery of assets, and facilitating meetings.

You’ll provide hands-on support across a wide range of creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain professional communication between the accounts team and the client
  • Support the delivery of creative assets across projects
  • Schedule meetings, send invites, and prepare agendas
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and circulate clear summaries with action items
  • Help keep projects on track by coordinating timelines and next steps

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as an Account Coordinator, Account Manager, or Marketing Coordinator
  • Agency experience strongly preferred
  • Highly organized, with strong instincts for timing, delivery, and prioritization
  • Able to manage feedback and communicate with client stakeholders with tact and clarity
  • Comfortable asking questions, seeking clarity, and proactively finding solutions
  • Experience in retail is a bonus
  • Print and digital production knowledge
