Account Supervisor (Automotive Account)

Our client, a leading global, award-winning agency with a strong and diverse client portfolio is seeking an Account Supervisor to join its growing Toronto team. This role will focus exclusively on a major automotive account known for producing original, Canadian creative work. The Account Supervisor will play a key role in building and nurturing client relationships while overseeing the development and execution of fully integrated campaigns across broadcast, social, digital, and print. Acting as a trusted partner to clients, this individual will ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, on strategy, and to the highest standard.
Working closely with internal creative and strategy teams, the Account Supervisor will help bring innovative ideas to life, guiding work from brief through to execution. They will also provide mentorship and support to junior team members, contributing to a strong, collaborative team culture.
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of agency experience in an account management role, with a strong understanding of marketing strategy and client service. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects and deadlines. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to translate campaign performance into clear, actionable insights for clients.
This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in the agency’s well-designed, centrally located Toronto office two to three days per week. The environment is built to foster collaboration, creativity, and growth.
