Product Marketing Manager, Growth

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Growth to lead high-impact acquisition and engagement initiatives for a fast-growing startup client of ours. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and growth strategy, with a strong focus on driving measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for key growth initiatives, from concept through launch and optimization
  • Develop and lead integrated campaigns designed to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, lifecycle, creative, and analytics teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Translate customer insights and data into compelling positioning, messaging, and offers
  • Build and manage a campaign roadmap, balancing large-scale initiatives with ongoing targeted programs
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns using performance data and experimentation frameworks
  • Act as a strategic lead and project owner, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and at a high standard

What You Bring

  • 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing
  • Proven track record of driving results through data-informed campaigns and experimentation
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition and engagement strategies in a digital environment
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, evolving setting
  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams and influencing without direct authority
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions and measure success
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop compelling, customer-centric campaigns
  • Self-starter who thrives in high-ownership, high-autonomy environments
