Director, Content & Sales Enablement 

We’re partnering with a leading organization in the financial services space to find a Director, Content & Sales Enablement to lead a high-performing content function and support strategic growth initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to shape how complex investment solutions are brought to market through clear, compelling, and compliant content.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the content and sales enablement strategy across a range of channels and formats, including digital, email, video, and print
  • Oversee the development of content supporting:
    • Investment products and fund launches
    • Advisor-facing (B2B) marketing initiatives
    • Client-facing (B2C) wealth and digital experiences
    • Events and integrated campaigns
  • Translate complex financial and investment concepts into accessible, engaging messaging
  • Partner closely with sales teams to ensure content effectively supports business development and client engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and compliance to deliver high-quality, on-brand, and compliant content
  • Establish and uphold editorial standards, tone of voice, and content best practices
  • Manage and mentor a team of content leaders, providing strategic guidance and elevating overall output
  • Drive efficiency and scalability within a high-volume, fast-paced content environment

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or sales enablement, ideally within financial services or a related industry
  • Proven experience managing teams, with the ability to coach and develop senior contributors
  • Strong understanding of content strategy and editorial best practices across digital channels
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex subject matter with clarity and impact
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional environments, including legal and compliance stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when needed
  • Familiarity with investment products (e.g., ETFs, mutual funds, equities) is a strong asset

Details

  • 18 Month Contract Role
  • Rate: $74–$95/hour (commensurate with experience)
  • Location: Hybrid — candidates must be comfortable working from both downtown Toronto and Mississauga offices a few days per month.
