We’re looking for a senior Account Director to join an energetic, mission-driven team.  This role combines deep healthcare industry expertise with modern, integrated approaches to create meaningful impact across the healthcare landscape.

What You’ll Do
As a senior client partner and internal leader, you will:

  • Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic counsel
  • Lead integrated communication strategies aligned to business goals
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and risk management
  • Manage financials including scoping, forecasting, and profitability
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive solutions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
  • Identify growth opportunities and support new business efforts
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing environment

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in agency client services (healthcare/pharma experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead senior client relationships
  • Strong strategic and operational skills
  • Financial acumen across scoping and resourcing
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Collaborative leadership style

Nice to Have

  • Experience across HCP and consumer campaigns
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments
  • Background in launches or complex stakeholder environments
