Our digital agency client is looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team! As the Account Manager, you will work across a variety of accounts, helping to build and nurture the client relationship while ensuring that campaigns are aligned with their business goals. We are looking for someone who can help to grow accounts and help to identify new business opportunities. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with existing clients, providing a strategic approach and deep understanding of their industry, marketing strategy, and goals 
  • Work under the Group Account Director and help to grow existing client relationships 
  • Oversee the internal stages of projects/campaigns; briefing teams, managing proposals, tracking client data and reporting on activities and communications
  • Ensuring all projects are documented properly 
  • Develop relationships with internal teams to ensure collaboration 
  • Monitor KPIs for clients
  • Provide ongoing support to the account team
  • Support clients and account teams in the development of annual account plans 

Qualifications: 

  • 4-5 years of client management experience in an agency setting 
  • Proven experience and understanding of full-funnel media; SEM, SEO, CRM, etc. 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings
  • High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and clients
