Position Overview:
We are seeking a thoughtful and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our boutique branding agency client on a full-time, permanent basis. This is hybrid role, 2 days/week onsite in Etobicoke. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering outstanding brand solutions and fostering strong client relations. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts in the financial and healthcare sectors, coordinating project work and estimates, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our client’s creative team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as one of the primary points of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships built on trust and transparency.
  • Thoughtfully listen and understand client goals, the brand, and audience, and proactively identify ways to meet their business objectives.
  • Offer strategic insights with a heavy focus on digital campaigns, websites, and analytics. 
  • Oversee project timelines, create estimates, track budgets and deliverables, keeping everything on track and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure the client’s vision is executed accurately.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, updating clients and team members on project progress and adjustments as needed.
  • Provide input on campaign and brand strategy, identifying opportunities for clients to enhance brand impact.
  • Assist in developing and executing creative briefs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and overall brand objectives.
  • Analyze and interpret campaign results, delivering performance insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure clear communication of client needs and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with team members to align schedules, resources, and priorities to meet client expectations.
  • Help foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative ideas and seamless project execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of account management experience at an agency.

  • ???????Familiarity with brand development, digital marketing, and creative production processes.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, website builds, and analytics. 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client demands in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Creative problem solver with a client-first mentality.
