Our client is an early-stage B2B SaaS startup with an AI platform that reimagines content distribution by combining reactive content creation, social listening, and tailored communications—all designed to help companies respond faster and smarter to what’s happening online.

Our client is now focused on converting inbound traffic into long-term customers. They’ve built a powerful content engine; now we need an experienced Account Manager to help them market, convert, and retain.


About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Account Manager who specializes in email marketing, social media marketing, and B2B SaaS. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and development team to manage inbound leads, guide customers through conversion, and help shape the go-to-market strategy of their content engine product.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startups, enjoys autonomy, and wants to help build a digital growth engine from the ground up.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the full lifecycle of inbound customer engagement—from initial inquiry through conversion and ongoing relationship management

  • Drive adoption and upsell strategies by identifying high-potential users and recommending tailored platform packages

  • Help define and refine CRM, analytics, and lead-tracking systems (you’ll influence the tech stack here)

  • Collaborate with product and content teams to inform feature development and marketing priorities

  • Guide clients through onboarding and ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Analyze data and customer behaviour to improve conversion tactics

  • Act as the bridge between customer needs and our client’s internal team—especially for B2B clients with complex or bespoke requirements


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years experience in digital marketing, account management, or growth roles—preferably in a B2B SaaS or startup setting

  • Proven success in email marketing and social media advertising (bonus if you’ve worked with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and Twitter)

  • Comfortable working with marketing automation tools

  • A strategic thinker who can zoom out and also execute

  • Great communicator—able to connect with clients, understand their pain points, and help solve them

  • Familiar with upsell techniques and B2B buying behaviours (especially content-heavy or science-focused verticals)

  • Experience navigating inbound sales cycles and conversions (not outbound!)

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
