Job Title: Integrated Account Manager/Project Manager (Contract)
Rate: $34-$44/hr 
Contract Length: Full-time, 6 months to start
Work Model: Hybrid – 3–4 days/week, downtown TO


Overview

We’re seeking a highly organized Integrated Account Manager/Project Manager with strong production experience to join our retail client for a full-time contract. This is a net-new role, perfectly suited for someone with experience managing productions, shoots, and high-volume SKU-based work.

This position is ideal for an operationally strong project manager who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and can confidently manage seasonal content programs from planning through delivery.

 


Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

  • Manage multiple concurrent seasonal content programs at a time

  • Own timelines, workflows, and deliverables across creative and production teams

  • Balance planning, execution, and stakeholder management (with slightly more emphasis on planning)

Production & Shoot Oversight

  • Partner closely with producers to manage expectations between creative teams and business stakeholders

  • Support production from start through final delivery

  • Attend in-house shoots (approximately twice per month) and provide on-set coordination as needed

  • Ensure smooth execution across high-volume SKU-related content and asset production

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Drive approvals, communication, and alignment across stakeholders

  • Maintain strong collaboration with design, copy, video, and production partners

  • Act as a key operational connector between teams


Required Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience working in account management, creative project management in an agency or other creative teams
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume creative workflows, including SKU-heavy environments

  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills

  • Comfortable advocating for creative work while balancing business needs

  • Experience working within creative teams and production environments


Preferred Experience

  • Retail and/or CPG experience is a strong asset

  • Familiarity with seasonal campaign cycles
