About the Role:
This is a hybrid Account Manager / Project Manager role with a 60/40 split between digital and print. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and creative partners to move work efficiently from brief to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the traffic team to assign creative resources

  • Set up and lead internal and client presentations

  • Posters

  • Other retail campaign materials (no packaging)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)

  • 3+ years of experience in retail marketing or creative agency settings

  • Proven ability to manage both digital and print workflows

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong knowledge of project tracking tools, especially Asana

  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive

  • Able to manage creative timelines without micromanaging the creative team

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with high-volume retail campaign cycles

  • Experience coordinating bilingual (Canada-wide) marketing materials

If you’re a resourceful and bilingual project/account manager ready to roll up your sleeves and keep things moving, we’d love to hear from you.
