We are looking for an Account Manager/Supervisor for our agency client! Working with a variety of accounts, you will help to nurture and strengthen client relationships, mentor junior team members, and ensure that campaigns are being completed on time, on budget, and with impact. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Client Management
    • Building relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring they see you as a trusted partner and agency leader
    • Lead client meetings with confidence and clarity
    • Manage escalations and complex conversations, focusing on a solutions-oriented and consultative approach
    • Tailor account management best practices to each client’s working style; communications, reports, documentation, deck builds, etc.
  • Keeping work on track
    • ???????Ensure that projects are running smoothly, efficiently, and within scope
    • Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure work is aligned with client objectives and expectations 
    • Ensure account profitability, tracking budgets and financial planning for the overall account health
  • Team leadership and culture
    • ???????Mentor and lead direct reports
    • Foster collaboration across all departments so work is aligned 
    • Champion a positive, high-performance culture, leading with accountability, clarity, and team-first thinking
  • Growth and Business Development
    • ???????Spot opportunities for account growth, helping to strengthen and expand client relationships
    • Support new business efforts, including pitches, proposals and onboarding of new accounts 
    • Work closely with leadership to refine account strategy and long-term planning

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of agency experience, specifically in account management or client services
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, high-value accounts with efficiency and impact
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a relentless drive for clarity in projects, timelines, and team alignment 
  • Strong strategic, results-driven thinking 
  • Problem-solver with good judgement, you are proactive with bringing solutions forward
  • High EQ – you know how to manage client relationships, navigate challenges, and keep things positive and moving forward
