Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented B2B Marketing Manager to drive our financial client’s sustainability market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability, with experience in creating and executing campaigns to engage, nurture, and convert high-value B2B clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective messaging and build brand awareness through innovate activations, events, conferences, and digital campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies: Create, implement, and deploy B2B marketing plans that align with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Content creation and management: Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-quality content across email, social, and digital ads.  
  • Events and conferences: Collaborate with the events team to set up innovative experiences across sponsorships, trade booth activations, events and conferences.
  • Brand management: Ensure brand consistency across all channels, positioning the company as a trusted partner in the financial services space.
  • Collaboration with business segment leaders: Understand internal clients’ needs and objectives to strategize, develop, and execute marketing programs that meet those objectives. 
  • Project management: Communicate deliverables clearly with all stakeholders, track milestones throughout the projects, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met. 

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year of experience in the sustainability industry. 
  • Strong understanding of the financial market, products, and services.
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with leadership, events, and creative teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and interpret campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
