Rate: $35/hour
Location: Toronto (3 days/week onsite)

Overview
We’re looking for a bilingual (French/English) Client Success Coordinator to support our agency client on their national retail client. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role ideal for someone with a background in customer service, account coordination, or project coordination who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys supporting both clients and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
Client & Stakeholder Support
- Monitor phone lines and shared inboxes to manage communications with Owners, Operators, and Store Managers
- Respond to inquiries related to customer profiling, monthly merchandising kits, upcoming programs, and shipping updates
- Provide timely, clear, and professional support across both French and English
Operations & Coordination
- Monitor SKU performance and flag items that are not selling
- Support email communications using Mailchimp
- Maintain and update store directories and internal documentation
- Assist with placing and processing print orders through an internal web portal
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Warehouse, Account Management, and Production teams on ongoing initiatives and special projects
- Help ensure smooth execution of retail programs and internal processes
What We’re Looking For
- Fully bilingual in French and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Experience in customer service, account coordination, or project coordination
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
