Position: Channel Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote (preferred: Colorado, Texas, Boston)
Type: 6-Month Contract (with possibility of extension)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Travel: 1–2 times/month to US-based events

About the Role

We’re looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist to support a busy and collaborative marketing team focused on the SMB cybersecurity space, in partnership with a key multinational technology channel partner. This is a hands-on, executional role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to deliver highly tactical marketing outputs while collaborating across teams.

This is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend. You’ll help manage campaigns and events that support partner-focused initiatives across North America, particularly in partnership with MSPs (Managed Service Providers).

Responsibilities

  • Execute channel marketing campaigns targeted at MSPs in the SMB market

  • Help coordinate and deliver co-branded campaigns, sales decks, email templates, and incentive programs

  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and finance teams to execute events, track ROI, and manage vendor relationships

  • Support event marketing: coordinate logistics for in-person events (approx. 25 over 6 months), virtual webinars, roadshows, and peer-to-peer sessions

  • Track proof of execution and submit claims through their channel partner portal, adhering to MDF guidelines

  • Ensure content is delivered to the Partner Portal and relevant channels

  • Use tools like Salesforce, Trello, Marketo, and partner tools to track and manage performance

  • Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support campaign and event execution

  • Provide updates and insights around campaign performance, channel engagement, and partner activity

Ideal Background

  • Experience in channel or partner marketing

  • Familiar with the MDF claims process and partner ecosystem

  • Strong project management and coordination skills — can juggle events, campaigns, and communications simultaneously

  • Comfortable using marketing and sales tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and Trello

  • Detail-oriented and process-driven — you’ll need to follow strict co-op funding and claims guidelines

  • Strong communicator and team player — this is a collaborative team where transparency, respect for process, and shared goals are key

Bonus Experience

  • Background working with MSPs or in the cybersecurity industry

  • Based near Broomfield, CO and open to working with the team in person a few days a week

  • Previous experience organizing events and working with channel media publications

We look forward to hearing from you!
