About the Role

We are seeking a Communications Manager to join a well-established marketing team within a growing B2B organization. This role is ideal for a strategic, digitally minded communicator who can translate business priorities into clear, compelling content across multiple channels.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners and external agencies to shape messaging, guide content strategy, and deliver customer-facing communications that resonate with diverse audiences. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and executional strength.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute communication and content strategies aligned with broader marketing objectives

  • Translate insights, research, and first-party data into meaningful content that supports SEO, engagement, and visibility

  • Plan and deliver content across multiple channels, including website, email, SMS, and social media

  • Own the end-to-end creation of blogs, articles, newsletters, and campaign content, connecting strategy to tactics

  • Support quarterly communication cycles tied to product launches, catalogues, and events

  • Optimize communications through testing and performance analysis (e.g., A/B testing subject lines)

  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies or consultants to ensure timely, high-quality execution

  • Adapt messaging for multiple audiences, tones, and use cases, balancing B2B and consumer-facing communications

  • Occasionally support internal communications and announcements as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, content strategy, or digital marketing

  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect “the why” to “the what”

  • Excellent writing and editing skills across digital formats

  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfort working with external agencies and consultants

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously

  • Fully bilingual in English and French

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with SEO-driven content and digital performance metrics

  • Familiarity with email marketing, lifecycle communications, and optimization techniques

  • Experience operating across both B2B and B2C audiences

  • Background in a complex or multi-audience organization

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive, curious self-starter who seeks context and asks the right questions

  • Someone who takes ownership and drives initiatives forward without heavy oversight

  • A strong collaborator who can synthesize information from multiple stakeholders

  • A communicator who understands audience realities and chooses the right message, tone, and channel

Work Environment

  • Primarily an onsite role

  • Collaborative, established marketing team with strong cross-functional partnerships

  • Opportunity to grow, learn, and take on increasing responsibility over time

If you’re a strategic communicator who thrives on autonomy, impact, and connecting ideas to execution, we’d love to hear from you.
