Content Brand Manager

We are seeking a Brand Content Manager to shape the future of our client, a leading company in the hardscape industry. In this role you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our product intricacies and contractor understanding. This role focuses on executing a strategy to establish their brand as the go-to authority for How-To-Build digital training content.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for becoming the industry authority in How-To-Build content
- Collaborate with external agencies for engaging video content
- Create technical resources for product launches and hardscape contractor materials
- Manage and enhance content on the Contractor website and Hardscape Education Centre
- Forge partnerships for tool and training alliances
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ leadership in digital content development, including video production
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience managing large projects with creative agencies
- Proficient in SEO, Google, YouTube, and analytics for improvement
- Passion for learning about construction processes and conveying technical information
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Preferred experience in B2B or technical products
- A do-er, no ego attitude and who is highly collaborative
- Willingness to travel frequently to various regions and the corporate office
