We are seeking a Brand Content Manager to shape the future of our client, a leading company in the hardscape industry. In this role you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our product intricacies and contractor understanding. This role focuses on executing a strategy to establish their brand as the go-to authority for How-To-Build digital training content.


  • Develop and execute strategies for becoming the industry authority in How-To-Build content
  • Collaborate with external agencies for engaging video content
  • Create technical resources for product launches and hardscape contractor materials
  • Manage and enhance content on the Contractor website and Hardscape Education Centre
  • Forge partnerships for tool and training alliances


  • 4+ years’ leadership in digital content development, including video production
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience managing large projects with creative agencies
  • Proficient in SEO, Google, YouTube, and analytics for improvement
  • Passion for learning about construction processes and conveying technical information
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Preferred experience in B2B or technical products
  • A do-er, no ego attitude and who is highly collaborative
  • Willingness to travel frequently to various regions and the corporate office
