Creative Director

We’re looking for a Creative Director to join our agency client! As the Creative Director, you will help lead the charge on a range of exciting client projects and new business efforts. We need a highly conceptual, hands on CD who thrives in the social/content space. You’ll be jumping into the work; crafting ideas, pitching to clients, and seeing your campaigns through execution. If you love the fast-paced, ever-changing world of social and want to build smart, standout content, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead creative development across key accounts and new business opportunities, from concept to execution
- Partner with executive leadership to shape and deliver high-impact pitch decks and creative presentations
- Take ownership of creative output on a client and project basis – guiding teams and freelance partners
- Craft ideas rooted in social culture and channel behaviour
- Collaborate with internal strategy, production, and account teams to ensure creative excellence and feasibility
- Work on a healthy mix of new business pitches and live campaign work (about 50/50)
What we’re looking for:
- A seasoned Creative Director with deep experience in social-first content and campaigns
- Hands-on creator with a strong conceptual mindset, you can both dream up the big idea and bring it to life
- 8+ years of experience working in an agency setting
- Comfortable working at a high level and in the weeds; switching between deck-building and asset delivery
- Passionate about culture, trends, and how brands can show up authentically in the feed
- Collaborative by nature, confident presenting to senior stakeholders and clients
- Ideally a copywriting background, but we’re open to strong art director background as well
- Previous experience pitching new business
