Our client is seeking a passionate, motivated, and experienced Creative Director to help shape the work and impact. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Creative Director will develop and articulate each client’s unique vision and standards through user experience, immersive design, visual storytelling, and verbal communications. This role requires a specialization in converging existing and emerging technology to create experiences that blur physical and digital barriers and consider sustainable practices in the design process.

The new team member will produce inspirational experiences and solutions that come to life via physical environments, wireframes, consumer journeys, props, characters, creatures, and UI. Working in tandem with the Executive Producer, you will develop plans for staffing and scoping of time. You will help clients see the future with compelling work that doesn’t tell them the future, but shows them with participatory experiences that puts their consumer at the center.


  • Brainstorm, concept and collaborate on concepts with the strategy and creative team; solutions will range from omni-channel experiences to software and physical solutions
  • Fuse together research, experience guidelines, and client direction to create concepts such as new content formats, new cross platform solutions, evolved consumer engagement ideas, and campaign experiences
  • Work with strategy lead to align on research needs and approach to the work based on the client brief
  • Develop creative flows and process for prototyping alongside UX, strategy, developers, engineers, and producers
  • Set and lead overall creative direction across all disciplines to execute concepts
  • Present effectively and concisely directly to clients
  • Ensure that all work is in compliance with client style guides and graphic standards
  • Responsible for representing and communicating the agency’s creative and business philosophy, methodology and capabilities to current and potential clients, as well as across all departments
  • Stay aware of current design trends and industry innovations
  • Oversee contractors and vendors if required to deliver projects
  • Work with team members to define world building frameworks on a project-by-project basis
  • Ensure projects are validated through research and testing



  • Passion and experience in the entertainment industry
  • 9+ years experience in relevant field
  • Trained and applied skills in rapid prototyping
  • Strength in moving client from mood boards to experience in partnership with a team of specialized team members
  • Trained and experience in omni-channel digital experience design
  • Trained or have worked with teams who have designed in Unity and/or Unreal Engine
  • Strong background in one or more of the creative disciplines (design, art direction, interaction design, copywriting, motion graphics, creative development)
  • Strong concept development
  • Understand the principles and process of web2, web3, VR, AR, and MR, AI (Text, voice, and image)
  • Worked with or/and understand lidar, spacial mapping, responsive web design, and augmented reality
  • Lead presentations with clients- communicate vision for concepts
  • Lead projects that may include photographers, illustrators, producers, sound designers, game designers, directors and outside vendors
