Job Title: Creative Programs Coordinator (Contract)
Pay Rate: $30–$40/hr 
Duration: Full-time contract through end of year, with potential to convert to permanent
Onsite Requirement: 2 days/week, downtown TO


Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized junior Creative Programs Coordinator to support our financial client’s creative team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is a fast learner, an excellent communicator, and naturally curious and solutions-oriented.

You’ll play a key role in keeping creative work moving by taking on coordination, approvals, and lighter executional creative tasks.


Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Admin Support

  • Manage approvals and cross-functional coordination across teams

  • Track projects through required stages, ensuring nothing stalls in review cycles

  • Coordinate with internal partners including design, copy, video, product, marketing, and legal

  • Support workflow management and help keep timelines on track

Creative & Production Support

  • Assist with light creative execution such as short copy, headlines, and social captions (AI tools may be used)

  • Attend in-office video shoots as an extension of the creative team, ensuring scripts and creative briefs are being followed

  • Help ensure final assets meet required specifications, formats, sizing, and brand guidelines

  • Act as an extra set of eyes and ears on creative production details
