Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + performance bonus (up to 75%)

The Opportunity
An ambitious, high-growth global digital platform is looking for a CRO Design Strategist to own the end-to-end creation and optimization of high-performing web experiences.
This is a hands-on role for someone who blends design craft with performance thinking, bringing together UX, storytelling, and data to drive measurable results. You’ll play a key role in shaping how users engage, convert, and connect across digital touchpoints.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and build conversion-focused landing pages and web experiences that drive engagement and acquisition
- Translate campaign objectives into clear, compelling, high-performing digital journeys
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, product, and content teams to bring ideas to life
- Apply best-in-class UX/UI principles to ensure intuitive navigation, strong messaging, and seamless performance
- Execute and iterate on A/B tests, using data and insights to continuously optimize results
- Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints while evolving the brand’s visual expression
- Optimize for SEO, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution from concept through launch
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in web and landing page design, with a portfolio that demonstrates impact (conversion lifts, engagement metrics, etc.)
- Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, from wireframes through to polished UI
- Deep understanding of CRO, UX/UI principles, and responsive design
- Experience designing with both creativity and performance in mind—you’re as comfortable with data as you are with design
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and basic front-end (HTML/CSS/JS is a plus)
- Experience with testing and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Optimizely, VWO)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Nice to Have
- Experience in high-traffic, consumer-facing digital environments (e.g., entertainment, gaming, eCommerce, or similar)
- A strong eye for visual storytelling and brand-building in digital spaces
