Design Researcher

Our client, a leading financial institution with cutting-edge digital product teams, is looking for a Design Researcher to help shape exceptional user experiences across their digital ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to uncover user insights that inform strategy, influence design decisions, and guide innovation. You’ll be hands-on throughout the process, from planning and executing research to synthesizing findings and collaborating with teams to turn insights into action.
What You’ll Do

Lead and support research activities that uncover user needs and opportunities for digital products

Design and facilitate studies, usability tests, and co-creation sessions

Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights that influence product strategy

Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights throughout the product lifecycle
What You Bring

5+ years of experience in User/Design Research

Strong grasp of qualitative and quantitative research methods
-
Experience working on cross-functional product teams
-
Degree in Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Design, HCI, or a related field
