CRM Data & Reporting Analyst 

Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months
Hours: Approx. 20–30 hours/month


About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Data & Reporting Analyst to support our agency client with CRM performance reporting and dashboard development. This is a part-time, remote contract role ideal for someone with a background in marketing analytics, CRM platforms, or data visualization.


What You’ll Do

  • Export campaign performance data from their CRM platform (emails, push notifications, in-app messages)

  • Organize and transform data in Google Sheets or Excel

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Google Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio)

  • Track monthly CRM campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, etc.)

  • Identify performance trends, anomalies, and insights to support strategic decisions

  • Collaborate with internal team members to interpret data and explain campaign results


Tools You’ll Use

  • Braze (any CRM platform experience is fine)

  • Google Looker Studio

  • Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel

  • Google Analytics (nice to have)


Ideal Candidate

  • Comfortable working independently and managing time across a flexible part-time schedule

  • Has strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Can identify trends or discrepancies in campaign performance data

  • Communicates insights clearly and in a timely manner (within 1–2 business days)

  • Experience in CRM reporting or marketing analytics is highly preferred


This role is well-suited for a freelancer or a full-time professional seeking additional project work, as long as you’re responsive and reliable within a 1–2 day turnaround.
