About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Data & Reporting Analyst to support our agency client with CRM performance reporting and dashboard development. This is a part-time, remote contract role ideal for someone with a background in marketing analytics, CRM platforms, or data visualization.
What You’ll Do

Export campaign performance data from their CRM platform (emails, push notifications, in-app messages)

Organize and transform data in Google Sheets or Excel

Build and maintain dashboards in Google Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio)

Track monthly CRM campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, etc.)

Identify performance trends, anomalies, and insights to support strategic decisions

Collaborate with internal team members to interpret data and explain campaign results
Tools You’ll Use

Braze (any CRM platform experience is fine)

Google Looker Studio

Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel

Ideal Candidate

Comfortable working independently and managing time across a flexible part-time schedule

Has strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail

Can identify trends or discrepancies in campaign performance data

Communicates insights clearly and in a timely manner (within 1–2 business days)

Experience in CRM reporting or marketing analytics is highly preferred
