Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Content Manager with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our client on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital content across our client’s enterprise website using AEM. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, brand guidelines, and user experience best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define content goals, target audience personas, and content performance metrics.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality digital content, including web pages, landing pages, articles, images, videos, and interactive elements, using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines and user engagement.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including user management, permissions, workflows, templates, components, and content structures. Provide training and support to content contributors and stakeholders on using AEM effectively.
  • Establish content governance policies, standards, and workflows to maintain consistency, quality, and compliance across the website. Implement content tagging, metadata, and taxonomy strategies to enhance content discoverability and navigation.
  • Optimize digital content for search engine visibility (SEO) and accessibility compliance (WCAG) to improve organic search rankings and ensure equal access to content for all users. Monitor SEO performance metrics and implement SEO best practices within AEM.
  • Manage the distribution of digital content across various channels and devices, including desktop, mobile, social media, email, and emerging platforms. Ensure content is responsive, adaptive, and optimized for different screen sizes and resolutions.
  • Monitor content performance metrics, user engagement data, and website analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of content initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Use A/B testing and personalization tools to optimize content for conversion and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, design, development, IT, and business units, to align content strategy with organizational goals and priorities. Serve as a subject matter expert on digital content management and AEM capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital content management, with a focus on enterprise content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including content authoring, publishing, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of web content best practices, user experience (UX) principles, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
  • Knowledge of content governance, metadata management, and taxonomy design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality content and exceptional user experiences.
  • Relevant certifications in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or digital content management are a plus.
