Job Title: Freelance Figma Designer (Email Design)

Rate: $40–$50/hour
Hours: 40 hours/week (full-time, fully dedicated)

Overview

We’re looking for experienced Figma Designers to support high-volume email design work for a Tier 1 tech client via our agency partner. This is a fully remote, full-time contract role requiring 100% dedication during standard working hours.

Designers will be focused exclusively on email design using Figma, working within established brand systems and collaborating closely with marketing and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing and lifecycle emails entirely in Figma

  • Apply and maintain consistency within existing design systems and templates

  • Translate copy and requirements into clean, effective email layouts

  • Produce responsive email designs optimized for multiple devices

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to iterate quickly on feedback

  • Manage multiple email requests while meeting tight deadlines

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience designing emails in Figma (required)

  • Solid understanding of email layout best practices and constraints

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-heavy environment

  • Ability to stay fully dedicated to a single client (40 hrs/week)

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Tier 1 or enterprise tech brands

  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

  • Basic understanding of HTML email constraints (design-side)

Engagement Details

  • $40–$50/hour, depending on experience

  • Fully remote

  • Full-time commitment (40 hours/week)

  • Immediate or near-term start
