We’re seeking a Digital Insights Manager to join our client’s team and play a key role in transforming marketing and performance data into actionable insights that drive growth, leads, and revenue. This role is ideal for a data-driven storyteller who thrives at the intersection of analytics, marketing strategy, and business impact.
About the Role
As the Digital Insights Manager, you’ll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data across paid and organic media channels to understand how each contributes to lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition. You’ll help optimize performance throughout the funnel by uncovering insights that inform strategic decisions and drive measurable business outcomes.
This role requires someone who can balance technical expertise (60%) with strategic storytelling (40%) — turning complex data into clear narratives that resonate with marketing and leadership teams.
You’ll also have the opportunity to present quarterly insights to senior leadership, sharing trends, performance analysis, and recommendations to guide marketing and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze performance across paid, organic, and owned media channels, identifying opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion throughout the funnel.

Partner with marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver data-backed insights that inform campaign strategies and revenue growth initiatives.

Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that make complex data accessible and actionable for non-technical stakeholders.

Lead quarterly presentations with leadership, translating data into compelling narratives that connect marketing activity to business outcomes.

Support ongoing measurement and optimization of digital campaigns, leveraging customer journey data to refine targeting and messaging.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in tracking, attribution, and analytics implementation across digital touchpoints.
What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience in digital analytics, insights, or marketing performance roles.

Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

Advanced analytical and technical skills — ability to structure data, extract insights, and tell a strategic story through numbers.

Experience developing and delivering presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, organic, and owned platforms.

Proven experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries (strongly preferred).

Strong communication skills — able to bridge technical insights with marketing and business perspectives.
