Position Overview
We’re seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in Programmatic Advertising, Paid Social, and Search Marketing to join our healthcare client for the next year, with the potential to go full-time. Responsibilities:
- Manage programmatic campaigns across DSPs such as DV360 to maximize reach and performance.
- Leverage audience data to develop and execute precise targeting strategies for a range of healthcare clients, including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and contextual targeting.
- Optimize campaign performance by analyzing key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and implementing adjustments in bidding strategies, placements, and creatives.
- Develop and execute campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, depending on the client’s business objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and high-performing ad creatives, including video, carousel, and static formats.
- Conduct A/B testing on targeting, creatives, and messaging to optimize performance and drive results.
- Monitor platform trends and algorithm updates to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to capture high-intent traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns for maximum efficiency and performance.
- Monitor quality scores, bid strategies, and budget pacing to ensure cost-effective results.
- Integrate search campaigns with overall marketing strategy, including SEO initiatives.
- Develop and implement a cohesive strategy that aligns programmatic, paid social, and search efforts with overarching marketing goals.
- Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights and present them to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience managing programmatic, paid social, and search campaigns.
- Proficiency with Google DV360, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in platforms like Google Analytics.
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and attribution models (multi-touch and last-click).
- Experience managing budgets at scale across multiple platforms and campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex performance metrics into actionable insights.
