The organization is entering an exciting phase of digital transformation and seeks a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead its website redevelopment and support broader digital initiatives across marketing, communications, and audience engagement.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a digital marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and creativity. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a central role in developing and launching a new organizational website — managing everything from strategy, RFPs, and vendor coordination to execution, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
In addition to website ownership, the specialist will oversee digital advertising, email marketing, and performance analytics to support audience growth, fundraising, and donor relations.
Key Responsibilities
Website Leadership

Lead the full website redevelopment project from concept to completion, including strategy, stakeholder engagement, vendor selection, execution, testing, and launch.

Manage the RFP process and collaborate with internal teams and external web agencies to align design, content, and functionality with strategic goals.

Oversee ongoing website maintenance, updates, and optimization once live.

Serve as the internal subject matter expert for all website-related activity, ensuring a seamless user experience and technical reliability.

Coordinate with hosting providers and vendors to ensure strong performance, accessibility, and compliance.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including strategy, targeting, and analytics.

Oversee email marketing and newsletter programs, including list management, content coordination, and performance tracking.

Use Google Analytics and related tools to prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reports.

Collaborate with the social and creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and campaign execution across digital channels.
Project & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to align digital initiatives with organizational goals.

Communicate progress and insights clearly to senior leadership, supporting presentations and approvals when needed.

Manage timelines, documentation, and deliverables to keep projects on track and on budget.
Qualifications & Experience

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or digital communications, ideally within the non-profit sector.

Proven experience leading a website redesign or development project from start to finish.

Strong project management and stakeholder communication abilities.

Technical proficiency with WordPress (or similar CMS), Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

Skilled in coordinating with vendors and translating between creative, technical, and executive teams.
