Position Overview:

Are you a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of Amazon North America? We are seeking a Director to oversee Amazon sales strategies, optimize marketplace presence, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker, with experience managing a large volume of business, who can navigate the complexities of Amazon and execute high-impact sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand marketplace presence, focusing on Amazon.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing e-commerce team.

  • Build and optimize relationships with online retail partners to maximize sales.

  • Oversee pricing, promotions, and advertising investments for profitability.

  • Manage inventory forecasting and demand planning.

  • Analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance digital campaigns and brand positioning.

  • Drive process improvements and innovation in Amazon operations.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 8+ years in e-commerce sales or marketplace management, preferably in consumer goods.

  • Proven success in growing Amazon sales across North American market, preferably in the US.

  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

  • Expertise in marketplace operations, pricing, and inventory management.

  • Excellent leadership, business development, and account management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-commerce analytics tools.

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.
